Bayer – Self Testing
After a year long branding initiative, Bayer needed to train country managers on both the product’s branding and new products within the brand. A formidable task! In cooperation with Performance Pathways in Wilmington NC, we designed a full training and marketing communication package. Full 4 color binders were encased in a modern translucent case, with each binder filled with training and marketing information. An interactive CD-ROM allowed the country manager to download documents, PowerPoint presentations, PDF’s of ads, and view animations used for training. By utilizing both print and electronic material, the country manager was able to be trained on the product, while utilizing the material to translate into their own language for further training of their sales representatives.
